On February 25, Unity Dance & Movement is hosting an Adult Spring 1 Program Preview.  Before each 7-week session, we hold an open-house event where we offer 30-minute preview classes for our Adult Classes for $5 each. Whether you danced in the past and want to get back into it, or have never danced but would like to start, come join us for our Spring 1 Program Preview day!

All of our Adult Preview classes are open for ages 16+, except our Heels class which is for ages 18+. We offer Adult previews, from 1:30 - 5:30 pm, for Low Intensity Conditioning, Hip Hop Fit & Fab, Heels, Lyrical/Contemporary, Jumps/Tricks/Turns, Ballet Beyond the Basics, Modern, and Tap.
